1. Sacred Booking Space

Each Session at Whispers of the Ether is a sacred energetic exchange. To honor both our time and energy, all bookings require full payment at time of reservation. A timeslot will only be confirmed once your payment has been received. This ensures your session space is held especially for you.

2. Energy Exchange (Payment)

Payment in full is required to secure your chosen time.

Accepted payment Bank Transfer.

This exchange reflects the energetic balance of giving and receiving - a commitment to your own healing journey.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life can flow in unexpected ways. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice so that your space may be offered to another soul in need.

• More then 24hours notice: you may reschedule your session once without charge

• Less then 24 hours notice or no- shows: The full session fee will be forfeited, as this time has been reserved for you and cannot be filled at short notice.

If Whispers of the Ether needs to reschedule or cancel, you will be offered a new timeslot

4. Refunds

Please choose your session mindfully. Refunds are not available for change of mind or missed appointments. If unforeseen circumstances arise, reach out- Compassion and understanding are always at the heart of what we do.

5. Disclaimer

All Sessions and offerings are provided for spiritual growth, energetic alignment, and personal empowerment. They are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain the sovereign creator of your own life and healing journey.

6. Honour the Energy

Please arrive grounded, open and ready to receive.

Arriving late may result in a shortened session, each appointment is energetically timed to flow in harmony with others.

Your presents and commitment allow the magic to unfold exactly as it’s ment to.

7. Confidentiality

Everything shared within your session- spoken or written- is kept in strict confidence. Your personal journey, experiences, and healing are respected and will never be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent (unless required by law).
